Positive: The place was super clean. The master bedroom is on the first floor and it has an amazing huge bathroom. There are two other full bathrooms upstairs connecting to rooms. 4bed and pull out couch!! The place is located in a great spot next to nice fast food places, grocery store even a small mall. The kids love the theater. Someone closed the vent before we got there so it was hot the first night in theater but once ww open the vent the air was blowing perfectly.
Negative: Everything was super nice no complaints really. But a heads up there are plenty of dishes and nice size kitchen but I noticed there were no big pans only small. Thats the only thing that could be improved which is easy fix. Pool was warm what can you expect with how humid it is in June. Overall amazing place to stay.

Positive: The space of the house was good for the size of my family. I have a big family so we needed a house with enough rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable. I rented for 12 people. So 3 bathrooms and a half bathroom was great. The movie room was a nice addition. The kids loved the movie room. The kitchen has a space to eat and mingle but there is also a dining room. With my large family we utilized both. I like that the master bedroom was spacious. There was a covered outside area in the back to sit that would’ve been great if we could’ve used the pool but still was ok to go sit & rest outside under. I like that there was a carport. The garage wasn’t part of the rental but at least I had coverage to undo & do the car seat under for the sun or rain. I loved the big sectional sofa. It allowed a few of us to sit together unlike a regular sofa. Plus it was a pull out bed which came in handy. I liked that this rental had a washer & dryer available. Laundry piles up fast w a big family.
Negative: The pool was super nasty, green, filled w debris & bugs and not fit to be in for health concerns. That’s one of the main reasons I booked the house. My teens love to swim. Nothing like the picture on their post. Really upset about the pool because come to find out it was an ongoing problem before we even got there and with previous renters. It never got fixed pool guy that came out to look at pool). Which left us without the use of the pool. He said it wasn’t used for a while due to the broken pump (professional pool guy). There was a lingering smell in the master bedroom’s closet/bathroom (looks like a leak going on in the ceiling). There was also a rather large stain on one of the bedroom’s carpet upstairs right when the front of the room as you walk in. Not sure what that was and not happy about it not being cleaned and removed prior to our stay. Also there was a whole in the wall (but I forgot to take a pic of it). There was not enough sheets, blankets or towels provided for the amount of people I rented for which was 12. I had to go buy some from Walmart. Also a blind was broken and the flooring by the front door had a piece that was lifted up. Now that I asked for a partial refund just for the pool part and that’s when the property owners stopped communicating with me. It’s only fair. I paid $1,662.01 for a 5-6 day stay and did not get the experience like the title of the property states “Spectacular Home with A Private Pool…”
